+ About The Seychelles
An archipelago of 155 islands, of which only a small percentage are inhabited. Positioned almost directly between Africa and India, years ago the tourist board used a slogan “a 1000 miles from anywhere” which nicely summed up the location. A population of just over 80,000, of which the majority live on the main island of Mahé, the location of the capital, Victoria, and the international airport.
There are no direct flights to the Seychelles from the UK, so you travel via Dubai and Doha ( Qatar ) with change of flight. Total flying time including transit will be approx. 15 hours.
+ About Dubai & Sharjah (UAE)
The tourism powerhouse of the region, although Abu Dhabi is the main commercial centre. Incredible innovation and iconic design, with a real desire to be the best, the largest, the tallest and of course the most glamorous! Flight time from the UK is just over 7 hours. Whilst Dubai is one of the most liberal countries in the region, you do need to show respect to their customs, their rulers and their religion. Public displays of affection are generally frowned upon.
+ About Egypt
We feature just the luxurious Four Seasons Resort in the Red Sea resort of Sharm El Sheikh, although through our local agents we have access to many more hotel and cruise rates. Sharm El Sheikh is Egypt’s most developed and international resort, with good beaches and is generally highly regarded as a popular dive destination. Flying time is just under 5 hours.
+ About Turkey
One of the most attractive and exotic destinations, with a wonderful mix of culture, entertainment and value. We concentrate on the resort areas of Bodrum, Gocek and Maris – all located on the south west coast, and can also include Istanbul on request.
The flying time from the UK is approximately 4 hours.
+ About Cyprus
Cyprus is a pleasant island that -despite increased tourism- still has many quieter villages and resorts, perfectly emphasised by the three hotels we have selected. All are part of the Thanos family, known throughout the region for their innovation and traditional hospitality. All three offer very different resort experiences. Flight time from UK is approx 4 hours.
+ About Greece
Greece is truly a fantastic country, with superb resorts, a combination of contemporary styles and classic designs. History of course, with Athens well worth two or three days, if your time permits. Delightful beaches and traditional villages. And without doubt some of the most hospitable and friendly people.
Most of the resort hotels close at the end of October and start reducing facilities from mid October onwards, as occupancy decreases. Equally in May, hotel facilities are opened gradually, depending on occupancy, usually fully operational by mid June.
+ About Italy
The Puglia region has a proud traditional style, with the emphasis more on agriculture than the heavy industries found elsewhere – well over half of the olive oil produced in Italy comes from this area, plus you will find some of the very best wines. It has a rugged charm that will appeal to the lovers of the real Italy wanting to escape the British influence of Tuscany. Flying time from UK to Bari or Brindisi Airport will be just under 3 hours.
+ About Portugal (The Algarve Region)
All of our resorts are located in the Algarve, a 130 mile long stretch of beach running along the southern coastline from the Atlantic through to the border with Spain. Known for its whitewashed Moorish influenced villages, ochre coloured cliffs, golden sand, turquoise waters and some of the finest golf courses in Europe. Flying time from London is just over 2 hours.
+ About France – The Riviera
France is ultra sophisticated yet at the same time authentically French. A short 2 hour flight from London to Nice makes it a popular retreat, especially for long weekends. As an alternative to air travel, also consider Eurostar to Paris and then high speed rail link south.
+ About Southern Spain & Boutique Mallorca
Spain attracts the most British tourists, as well as a huge number who have decided to make Spain their permanent residence. It is a country with fantastic contrasts and maybe a few contradictions, which make it even more interesting. Openly hedonistic in some areas, proudly conservative in others. Wonderful culture and lifestyle.
From the UK to mainland Spain and Mallorca is just over 2 hours, and to the Canary Islands about 4 hours.

All price guides are Per Person Sharing Double Room (Entry level), based on travel between May and/or June when prices are generally at their lowest and include promotional offers.
