Porto Sani is for families, particularly with younger children. It is extremely popular, with extensive facilities within the total Sani Resort, all easily accessible. Wonderfully enhanced in 2020.
Porto Sani* is located in the heart of the Sani resort. Designed to resemble a Greek village with low rise buildings, either grouped around the main pool or in the gardens. The nearest beach is 300m away (buggy service available) or an easy stroll.
The airport is 60 minutes drive.
See picture below of the total Sani Estate. The Sani Beach Hotel is in the foreground, the Porto Sani to the left of the marina, Asterias to the right of the marina, and Sani Club in the top left.
The main kids club is located between Porto Sani and Sani Beach.
*Porto Sani was formely know as Porto Sani Village.

Usually, you have up to 17 dining options within the dine-around scheme, plus several more independent restaurants (not included) within the marina
- In the marina, you will also find some boutique shops and mini-mart
Porto SaniPorto Sani has been totally upgraded and enhanced in all areas. Accommodation completely transformed. It was good before but now moved up a level at least. It is almost like looking at a Completely new resort. Repeat clients, in particular, are sure to be impressed
The appeal is still to families with younger children, although there is an attractive chill-out area for adults only. A good central location with easy access to two beaches, the marina and many of the resort restaurants (a shuttle can also be arranged).

+ About Greece
Greece is truly a fantastic country, with superb resorts, a combination of contemporary styles and classic designs. History of course, with Athens well worth two or three days, if your time permits. Delightful beaches and traditional villages. And without doubt some of the most hospitable and friendly people.
Most of the resort hotels close at the end of October and start reducing facilities from mid October onwards, as occupancy decreases. Equally in May, hotel facilities are opened gradually, depending on occupancy, usually fully operational by mid June.

Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May – June level and about 50% more in Asia.
For the Mediterranean & Canary Islands, Caribbean, Arabia and the Indian Ocean (except Sri Lanka) price guides generally include airfare and transfers.
*For Sri Lanka and Far East we show a per person per night hotel guide, excluding airfare, as arrangements tend to be individually tailored multi-centre itineraries.

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, some hotels may have changed their facilities. Standard descriptions like distance from airport or town remain consistent as does the overall resort style. However, the number of restaurants, swimming pools, if more than one, are by example flexible and can change depending on occupancy and circumstances. Spa facilities, in particular, may be changed depending on local and international suggestions.
If your holiday decision is based on any specific facility please let us know at the time of booking so we can ascertain availability from the hotel. Please note, such information may be accurate at the time given but could be subject to change. In these times it would be prudent to be open-minded and flexible on such matters.
The situation on destination entry seems to vary month to month, or in some cases week to week or even day-to-day.
