Danang Airport is 45 minutes drive, Danang City 30 minutes. The wonderfully atmospheric Hoi An 50 minutes and the historic city of Hue about 2 hours drive further north.
InterContinental Danang has 189 rooms, suites, and villas spread over the extensive private estate.

The location is north of Danang City, crossing into the mountain range. It is exclusive with a dense forest backdrop, complete with monkeys. Very different from other beach resorts in Danang / Hoi An where the area can be barren or with numerous other high-rise neighbouring hotels.
The name might suggest something rather corporate & sterile. Completely the reverse. Great scenic natural location, superb beach, high-class accommodation with some unique quirky design flourishes. Every twist and turn will pleasantly surprise you. In my view, one of the very best resort hotels in the entire region.

David and Marie-Helene stayed here in June 2024 and would be delighted to share their experience, but allow a few minutes; they were both rather impressed.
The recently opened Capella in Hanoi is under the same ownership (not management) and has a similar design style, albeit much smaller and boutique themed. The two hotels would make an interesting combination.
