The fast developing town of Quh Nhon is about 20 minutes drive away. Here you will find some shopping options, both in street markets and malls. It is the capital city of the Central Binh Dihn Province, an area traditionally known for its fishing and agriculture.
There are several flights daily to Saigon (just over hour) and Hanoi (90 minutes). From Quh Nhon Airport to resort it is about 50 minutes. It is also a major station on the coastal rail network – see information below.
This area is generally at its best weather-wise November through to April, when the days are usually bright and sunny. May to August can still be sunny, but with more humidity and chance of showers. September and October can see high seas and the occasional cyclone.
Anantara Quh Nhon Villas has 25 villas, each with its own private pool. All villas are superbly designed, with the emphasis on space & light.
You have a choice of:
One row elevated Ocean Views Villas (174sqm), and either Ocean Front (again 174 sqm), or Beach Front (even larger at 187sqm, three strides to the beach).
You then have 2 Bedroom Duplex Suites in the elevated row, or the truly spectacular 2 Bedroom Beach Suite (a generous 348Sqm of total living space).

The Avani Hotel, same management but lower level of quality (which is reflected in price), is just along the beach and offers a simple dining option, if you wish.
Anantara Quh Nhon Villas is a very impressive resort, with wonderfully spacious accommodation.
This area is currently one of the least known, even with domestic and regional travellers. It is the perfect place to retreat and relax for a few days in supreme comfort.
As mentioned above, there are regular flights from both Saigon ( HCM City ) and Hanoi so combination holidays are easy to arrange.
In addition, there is coastal rail link between Nha Trang to Quh Nhon and then up to Nha Trang. Here Anantara are able to offer something very different: the Vietage luxurious train service. It is actually an atmospheric, exclusive carriage linked to the main train, with an emphasis on gracious service, style and privacy. The carriage has just 6 private booths, each for two persons. This is where your meals are served. There is a bar and even a little spa room for head & shoulder massage.
The train usually operates once daily in both directions, typically southbound. It is a mainly daylight service. leaving Danang at 08.00, arriving Quy Nhon at 1400, and ending in Nha Trang at 1830. Northbound it leaves Nha Trang at 1400, Quh Nhon at 1830, and arrives into Danang just after midnight.
It is a unique experience, possibly reflected in the price, but that could also be part of the attraction. Ask us for details.
Just on this, Anantara have a rather good hotel in the rather special Hoi An, just 40 minutes drive from Danang station. This would make a real holiday of contrasts – especially if you combined the train.
