Waters Edge Villas by Bay Gardens comprises two adjacent private, luxury villas separated by a garden gate. Each villa is identical and offers over 4,000 square feet of total living space with four bedrooms.
The location is at the upscale Rodney Bay Marina on the north-west coast, just over an hour scenic drive across the island from the international airport. The capital Castries and the inter-island airport are 10 miles to the south.
Within the Rodney Bay area, you have numerous shops and restaurants, some of which can be accessed by water taxi from your private pier. Reduit Beach, probably the best on the island, is 3 minutes’ walk or one minute by taxi. Here you will find the Bay Gardens Beach Resort. All of the facilities are available to you, including several restaurants, water park and sports.
Each villa has 4 bedrooms. One on the ground floor and the other three upstairs. All have en suite. The design style is contemporary with some Caribbean flourish in the pictures and artefacts.
On the ground floor, you also have huge in and out living space, including a full kitchen, lounge and dining areas, a sun deck and your own swimming pool.
On the upper floor, you have three bedrooms and additional lounge area which can provide extra sleeping with two pull out beds.
The two villas are separated by the garden gate so can easily be prepared for 8 bedrooms.

Breakfast can either be prepared in-villa or at the Bay Gardens Beach Resort, Splash Island Water Park Included.
The Rodney Bay area has many restaurants ranging from fast food to some of the region’s finest. Virtually all provide delivery service on request.
Waters Edge Villas is great for those who value independence but with hotel facilities just a stroll away.
The location will particularly appeal to those who are enthralled by marina life, with numerous luxurious yachts spread before you.
Something that could be really unique would be a water taxi transfer from the airport in the south straight to your pier. Daylight hours only but you would see what an incredibly spectacular island you have chosen.
