St. Peter’s Bay Barbados is family-focused but equally popular with romantic couples. Extremely attractive and spacious suites. In our view some of the very best on the island. Three cove beaches, with the one on the extreme left of the resort, particularly having wonderfully soft sand and clear waters.
We think the appeal will be the quiet location with the superb beachfront, the high quality and spacious accommodation and the real sense of style and independence. All the facilities and freedom of “villa life” yet with luxurious hotel amenities.
Speightstown (originally known as Little Bristol) is historic and charming, and here you will find a few restaurant options. The water taxi service is good, although car hire will probably add to your holiday convenience. The wild Atlantic East coast is worth visiting, as this gives you a very different perspective of Barbados, just 20 minutes drive across the island. Further down the west coast, just 10 minutes drive south from the hotel, you have the upscale Lime Grove shopping centre at Hole Town where you will find even more dining options.

+ About Barbados
Pear shaped, frequently called Little England. It was England’s second settlement in the Caribbean way back in 1627 (St Kitts was the first in 1623).
One of the most developed of the islands. Its size is similar to the Isle of Wight, and with probably the best infrastructure making it the ideal introduction to the region. It also has one of the highest repeat followings, drawn by the excellent hotels, the superb restaurants, the good beaches particularly on the West coast where all of our hotels are located.

Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May – June level and about 50% more in Asia.
For the Mediterranean & Canary Islands, Caribbean, Arabia and the Indian Ocean (except Sri Lanka) price guides generally include airfare and transfers.
*For Sri Lanka and Far East we show a per person per night hotel guide, excluding airfare, as arrangements tend to be individually tailored multi-centre itineraries.

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, some hotels may have changed their facilities. Standard descriptions like distance from airport or town remain consistent as does the overall resort style. However, the number of restaurants, swimming pools, if more than one, are by example flexible and can change depending on occupancy and circumstances. Spa facilities, in particular, may be changed depending on local and international suggestions.
If your holiday decision is based on any specific facility please let us know at the time of booking so we can ascertain availability from the hotel. Please note, such information may be accurate at the time given but could be subject to change. In these times it would be prudent to be open-minded and flexible on such matters.
