Description & Location

Anse Chastanet and Jade Mountain Resort share a wonderfully secluded setting on the west coast, looking out to the majestic Piton twin peaks. Located with a 600-acre estate, with the accommodation built on the hillside, with the Jade Mountain resort at peak, both in location and price range. 60 minutes to the airport.

Children under 10 years are not accepted except between July/September when the minimum age is 6.

Jade Mountain is adults-only throughout the year.

The resort and Jade Mountain, in particular, was prominently featured on X-Factor.

With the Anse Chastanet Resort, you have 49 rooms, all breeze cooled with added ceiling fan. The superior at the base of the hill, the deluxe at beach level, with the Premium hillside rooms having clear views of the Pitons. Some are open-sided, enabling you to fully enjoy the views and the nature surrounding you.

The Jade Mountain has 24 individually designed ultra-chic contemporary suites, vast with at least 1400 sq. foot of living space, private pool and open 4th wall allowing you uninterrupted Piton Views. Located at the very top of the hill, overlooking Anse Chastanet and the bay below.

Facilities and Activities

Cove beach with volcanic sand | Eco-adventure tours | Water Sports | Snorkelling and Dive Centre

Jade Mountain guests can use all of the total resort facilities including the restaurants at Anse Chastanet.

Choice of Restaurant - Spa

Anse Chastanet has a more simple eco-influenced style, whilst Jade Mountain offers an ultimate luxurious experience, combined with nature.

The setting is all part of the experience. Wonderfull hide and chic escapism, with dense forest on three sides leading down to a volcanic sand beach and the majestic Pitons in the background.

Neither resort has TV, the emphasis is very much on relaxation, leaving the stress of everyday life behind.

All the facilities of the total resort are available to Jade Mountain guests, but Anse Chastanet guests are limited to the property borders.

Choose Anse Chastanet for the easy elegance, the totally tropical setting. Jade Mountain has some of the very best accommodation in the region combined with incredible views, and it will appeal to an affluent romantic couple at ease with nature. With both properties, there are numerous steps so it would not be ideal for those with mobility/breathing problems.

This area is stunning but self-contained, so once at the resort, you tend to stay there. The road up the mountain rather limits the enthusiasm to leave!

Diving and snorkelling are rated as some of the very best in the region.

Water taxis can be arranged to the nearby ramshackle village of Soufriere, which has a certain Caribbean charm.

All price guides are Per Person Sharing Double Room (Entry level), based on travel between May and/or June when prices are generally at their lowest and include promotional offers.

Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.

For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May – June level and about 50% more in Asia.

For the Mediterranean & Canary IslandsCaribbeanArabia and the Indian Ocean (except Sri Lanka) price guides generally include airfare and transfers.

*For Sri Lanka and Far East we show a per person per night hotel guide, excluding air fare, as arrangements tend to be individually tailored multi-centre itineraries.
