Balinese themed resort comfort, superb facilities and a great beach.
Nusa Dua Beach & Spa is a well known deluxe hotel with an emphasis on traditional designs and influences. Located with the Nusa Due resort estate, 25 minutes from the airport.
The Nusa Dua estate was first introduced in the late 1970s. It covers over 350 hectares and now houses over 20 hotels, including many of the best-known hospitality chains. It is man-made with sculptured gardens, an extensive beach (in our view one of the best in the region) and atmospheric temple entrance pillars. Nusa Dua Beach and Spa Resort were one of the first to be opened and, despite some fierce competition, it has retained enduring popularity. The entrance is especially spectacular, giving the impression of a grand Balinese palace.
Within the estate, you have numerous dining options, mainly in neighbouring hotels. Outside you have a local village with some alternatives. The resort area of Benoa is just 5 minutes by taxi. Here you will find many more, either located on the beach or road site. Seminyak, which is known as the food capital of Bali, is about 35 minutes drive away across the southern peninsular.
Nusa Dua Beach & Spa Resort has 382 rooms and suites.
All have a traditional Balinese design theme with local woods and batiks.
You have a choice of:
Deluxe Rooms. 34sqm with garden view and balcony. (Shower only)
Premier Rooms. 40 sqm with either sea view or pool view.
Family Rooms. 48 Sqm with main bedroom and separate alcove bedroom with bunk beds.
All of the above are located within the main wing with views overlooking the tropical gardens or one of the swimming pools. Some have angled sea view from the upper floor balconies.
In the separate Palace Club wing, you have a selection of:
Palace Deluxe Club Rooms Upper Floors.
Palace Deluxe Club room with lagoon access.
A Variety of individually themed one and two-bedroom suites.
Club Wing guests have separate lounge area serving afternoon tea, evening cocktails and snacks, laundry and butler services. Breakfast can also be served in the Club lounge.
Three swimming pools with separate kids play area.
Several speciality restaurants, with differing cuisine and locations.
Nusa Dua estate is probably one of the best examples of a man-made resort. Manicured tropical gardens, statues and mini temples, superb extensive beachfront. It is reassuringly good and the only surprises tend to be nice ones.
There is abundant dining choice with the immediate area. The hotel offers shuttle service or you can easily walk around. Just a short drive away you have a couple of traditional villages with many more dining, shopping and spa options.
The Nusa Dua Beach & Spa Resort offers a proudly Balinese style with modern comforts.

+ About Bali – Indonesia
In our view, Bali Indonesia is one of the most romantic islands in the world. Add instant culture & an almost spiritual atmosphere. Despite increased tourism, once away from the busier resorts you still have a wonderful sense of tradition.

Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May – June level and about 50% more in Asia.
For the Mediterranean & Canary Islands, Caribbean, Arabia and the Indian Ocean (except Sri Lanka) price guides generally include airfare and transfers.
*For Sri Lanka and Far East we show a per person per night hotel guide, excluding airfare, as arrangements tend to be individually tailored multi-centre itineraries.

Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, some hotels may have changed their facilities. Standard descriptions like distance from airport or town remain consistent as does the overall resort style. However, the number of restaurants, swimming pools, if more than one, are by example flexible and can change depending on occupancy and circumstances. Spa facilities, in particular, may be changed depending on local and international suggestions.
