French-owned, the design style is sleek and contemporary, completely at ease with the rural lush setting. Built in 2 hectares of land, with rice fields and a tropical forest backdrop.
Kappa Senses is located about a 12-minute drive from the centre of Ubud, and 90 minutes’ scenic drive from the airport and the main resorts of Nusa Dua & Seminyak.
Kappa Senses has 76 suites and villas split equally between the Danu Jungle Suites and the Danu Retreat Villas close to rice fields.
Each combines modern comfort with a real feeling of destination coming in the wood, paintings and fabrics.
You have a choice of:
Jungle Junior Suites with integrated living space (77 sqm).
Deluxe Jungle Junior Suites with Jacuzzi (92sqm).
Deluxe pool villas (157sqm) , One bedroom Pool Villas (120sqm) and a Two Bedroom Pool Villa (400sqm).

Given the abundance of choice in Ubud it takes something really special for us to consider something new, but this was easy.
Kappa Senses is instantly welcoming. It pleases at every turn. The right balance of modern comfort and Balinese influences. So easy on the eye. Super friendly service.
There are a few steps linking the facilities, but nothing most cannot cope with at ease.
Children are accepted, although there are no specific facilities. The appeal essentially will be a romantic retreat for couples.
