The area is spectacular, with superb views, and the style of Alila Jabal Akhdar Resort perfectly compliments this. Rugged stone walls and wood, traditional interior touches.
Given the style and location of the resort, it would not be suitable for younger children.
For the adventurous, we can arrange a mountaineering experience in the high Jabal Akhdar mountains, which offers different levels of difficulty, from beginner to the more extreme.
We can arrange a variety of private touring options from any beach hotels in the Muscat area, and you drive inland to the traditional market town of Nizwa before winding up the steep mountain pass to Jabal Akhdar (translation from Arabic means ”The Green Mountain “). If time permits, you can even combine your stay with a couple of days in the desert for a holiday of complete scenic contrast.

All price guides are Per Person Sharing Double Room (Entry level), based on travel between May and/or June when prices are generally at their lowest and include promotional offers. Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
