The rooms are in garden wings leading down to the pool and beach front. All are bright, nicely decorated and spacious. You have a choice of either balcony rooms or ground floor rooms with immediate garden access. In addition you have 7 freestanding villas located closer to the beach, 4 with their own plunge pool.

If your priorities are superb beach (usually at its very best December to May), attractive accommodation and incredible value, Manathai Khao Lak could be the place. It has a simple, easy going, totally relaxed style.
Khao Lak has many new hotels, some with amazing prices, but research deeper and the location might be disappointing. Manathai ticks all the right boxes: very well priced, good location and attractive rooms. It is not super deluxe, intentionally. Just exceedingly good value.
Note – This area of Khao Lak has some of the very best beaches , so more development is coming . A new resort is being constructed on the land to the left of the hotel looking out to sea . The work is visible and audible from those rooms closest ( South wing ) especially as you walk along the corridors as you are adjacent to the work , but from most of the hotel , including in the inner garden facing rooms , it will not be visible unless you choose to walk towards it . The work is expected to continue through until mid 2020 . .Ask us for updates .

Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May – June level and about 50% more in Asia.
For the Mediterranean & Canary Islands, Caribbean, Arabia and the Indian Ocean (except Sri Lanka) price guides generally include airfare and transfers.
*For Sri Lanka and Far East we show a per person per night hotel guide, excluding airfare, as arrangements tend to be individually tailored multi-centre itineraries.
