KK Beach is the sister property to the equally boutique Kahanda Kanda. The KK Beach resort is a delightful and simply charming hotel with just 10 rooms and suites.
Essentially adult-only. Children under 12 years not accepted.
Located on an expansive beachfront at Habaraduwa, just 10 miles (20 minutes) drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Galle.
Colombo International airport is just under 3 hours drive using the Southern Express Motorway, or the mountain resort of Kandy 6 hours drive.
KK Beach has 10 rooms and suites. All are Ocean facing across the small garden, with an outdoor terrace or balcony.

The style is maybe more simple than the Kahanda Kanda, but the consistency comes in the winning smiles and the delightful cuisine. The two properties work well in combination. They are close to each other but offer a very different location experience.
In common with many Sri Lankan beaches, the sea can have strong seasonal currents so you need to pay close attention to local advice and guidance. This especially applies in the months of June through to November.
