The Puglia region influences the design, both in and out, with contemporary comforts. It is located within a private resort area, with a pine tree forest pathway leading to the beach 400m away. This area of Puglia (in Italian Apulia) has some of the very best beaches in the entire region, with soft sand and crystal clear waters. Puglia is known as the Maldives of the Mediterranean for a very good reason.
If Italy is shaped like a boot, the Puglia region is the heel, with the resort located at the southern tip. The beautiful baroque town of Lecce – to us one of the unknown gems of Europe – is a 40 minute drive. Brindisi airport 90 minutes and Bari under 3 hours.
This specific area is known for its beaches, dramatic cliff, pine forests, farmlands and charming villages.
The resort is open May 20 through to the end of September.
Vivosa Apulia Resort has 333 rooms spread over the extensive grounds in 10 two-storey clusters.
The rooms are located either ground floor with a garden patio or upstairs with balcony. The rooms are bright and colourful, with a real sense of destination.
You have a choice of:
Double Classic or Superior Classic rooms with either king bed or twin beds – suitable for two persons.
Family Rooms which are larger and have king bed and two singles.

The All-Inclusive plan includes:

There are several kid club areas depending on age & confidence, ranging from 2 to 17 years.
Non-motorised water-sports, time limited to ensure fair usage for all guests. Yoga and stretching classes on a group basis.

At Chic, we have visited Puglia several times but never ventured as far south as this resort. It is definitely on the list! It is superb all-inclusive value, and in a country generally regarded as one of the more expensive.
