Villa Samadhi puts its emphasis on comfort, tradition and uniqueness. The atmosphere is tranquil and calming. You could easily think you are in a tropical retreat in Bali or Langkawi…
The Villa Samadhi is a truly authentic boutique-style resort, yet located within the heart of Kuala Lumpur. You are surrounded by high rise offices and modern shopping malls, yet you are in your exclusive tropical & residential enclave.
You can walk to the city centre in 15 minutes, or a taxi is 5 minutes. The airport is approx. 50 minutes, depending on traffic.
Villa Samadhi has 17 rooms and suites, with four distinct styles, all decorated in a Malay-Chinese style. Wonderfully emotive and totally in tune with the region
Swimming pool | Small spa
Acclaimed restaurant specialising in Asian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, plus the owning company has two more in KL, Tamarind Hill and Tamarind Spring
The Villa Samadhi is very different from the majority of corporate styled hotels that dominate Asian cities. Here the emphasis is on comfort, tradition and uniqueness.
The atmosphere is tranquil and calming. You could easily think you are in a tropical retreat in Bali or Langkawi, but the pace of KL is apparent just a few minutes outside of the resort.
the focus is very much on romance so children under 16 are not accepted.
Sister hotel to the equally attractive Japa Mala Eco Retreat on Tioman Island.
David from Chic stayed here in September (2018) and would be delighted to discuss in further detail.

Flying time from UK is approx. 12 hours to Kuala Lumpur (known as KL). Onward travel to Penang or Langkawi is one hour, two hours to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and Kuching, Sarawak.
+ About Kuala Lumpur
Kuala Lumpur, is the proud capital city, with high rise buildings, but just as many colourful older traditional areas. Lively street markets competing with luxurious shopping malls for the attention of your wallet. The prices are some of the most competitive in the region. Fantastic selection of restaurants fully reflecting the diversity of influences found in Malaysia, but with just as many culinary options from around the globe.

All price guides are Per Person Sharing Double Room (Entry level), based on travel between May and/or June when prices are generally at their lowest and include promotional offers. Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May - June level and about 50% more in Asia. For the Mediterranean & Canary Islands, Caribbean, Arabia and the Indian Ocean (except Sri Lanka) price guides generally include airfare and transfers.
*For Sri Lanka and Far East we show a per-person, per-night hotel guide, excluding air fare, as arrangements tend to be individually tailored multi-centre itineraries.
