Ikos Olivia is a deluxe All-Inclusive resort. Located at the northern tip of the first finger of the Halkidiki Peninsula, 45 minutes from Thessaloniki Airport. Built on a 22-acre olive tree plantation leading down to an extensive sandy beach. A traditional village is just a short walk away. Sister hotel to the Ikos Oceania Club & Spa.
Ikos Olivia has a selection of 136 rooms and Jr Suites in the main building, then an additional 159 bungalow suites.
All are sea-facing, although some are set back into the gardens. All are beautifully designed in a contemporary style, cool and rather chic.
The Bungalow Suites offer various styles and you can choose from a variety of Junior Suites with integrated living space, One Bedroom Suites with separate living room and Two-Bedroom Suites – some have a private infinity pool.

There are several restaurant options dotted around the extensive grounds, plus dine out option at the nearby village in traditional taverns.
The Ikos Olivia is a more low rise, possibly more romantic option, to its sister property Ikos Oceania which is larger and probably family-focused. The estate at Olivia is relatively flat, so public areas are easily accessible.
