Located in the village of Surin, set back from the popular beach, just a 2/3 minutes walk across an open field in front of the hotel . Within Surin village, you have several dining options both in neighbouring hotels and independent restaurants .
The fishing village of Kamala is 10 minutes drive and you will find numerous beach-side dining options. The airport is 40 minutes. The raucous resort of Patong 20 minutes drive south.

The initial impact is nice, moving to very nice after a few days, usually ending in happy hugs. A testament to the smiling staff and individual attention. It makes a good base for exploring the island with national parks , a selection of beaches , small villages all easily accessible within 35 minutes drive . It is totally individual in both its style and appeal .
The Surin area is one of the most popular on the island. You have a great beach, a few hotels and attractive dining options. You are generally removed from the tourism excess found in Patong, however, should you want some of that ” enjoyment ” , it is easily accessible via a 20-minute taxi ride down the coast.
