Fusion Resort Cam Ranh offers a delightful spa and resort style – sophisticated, but with a real sense of fun.
Fusion Resort Cam Ranh is one of the most popular luxury resorts in the region. Low rise in design, boutique in ambience and personalised attention. The focus here will be spa, relaxation, with high-quality accommodation. Beachfront at the quieter resort Cam Ranh, on one of the nicest beaches. Cam Rahn Airport is 10 minutes away, Nha Trang city 40 minutes.
Fusion Resort Cam Ranh has a choice of 72 Suites and Villas.
All are sea facing and built on the high sand dune stretching back from the beach through the tropical gardens.
You have a choice of :
Chic Suites (24). Spacious Junior suite style with integrated living space. 100 sqm. Located on ground floor with patio and garden access. Chic Suites are located on the ground floor. There is also one Chic Family Suite with 2 bedrooms on upper floor.
Ocean Suites (8). Similar to above, but with 165 sqm including in-suite spa area and plunge pool and ocean view.
Family Suites (16). Master bedroom and twin bedroom, both en-suite. 175 sqm.

Ocean Front Grand Villa (1) – Four bedrooms ( 2 Kings and two twins, all en-suite ), separate living and dining area. A total of 800 sqm of living space including a large 222 sqm swimming pool.
Note – As many of the villas have their own swimming pools you do need to be sensibly cautious with particularly younger children learning or unable to swim.
Main swimming pool
Two restaurant options
Highly acclaimed spa with two treatments daily included – adults only
Selection of non motorised water sports ( subject to weather conditions )
Boat trips and golf can all be arranged
Free daily shuttle to / from Nha Trang
Note for Spa – 16 and over full range of treatments – other teenagers, limited range of treatments depending on their age. Spa treatments not included for children under 12 years.
Inclusive yoga and meditation programme daily on group basis. Private classes can be arranged on request.
Fusion Resort Cam Ranh appeals to couples, solo travellers and families, and it all works rather well.
Come for the beach, the high-quality contemporary accommodation and the delightful spa and resort style – sophisticated, but with a real sense of fun.
Nha Trang is the largest regional town and the area reference, maybe not the most attractive resort with many high rise hotels and dependence on regional and Russian travellers. However, the Cam Rahn area is considered much more exclusive, evidenced by the number of luxury hotel chains who are beginning to develop here.
Weatherwise the most popular months tend to be January through to early August when the days are generally bright and sunny and the seas calm. In the months September to December, you can receive increased rainfall and humidity, with higher sea swells and tropical storms with even the occasional typhoon.
The Fusion Resort Cam Ranh can easily be combined with the main cities of Vietnam, such as Hanoi in the north (the gateway to Halong Bay) and Saigon in the south. There are also increasing regional flights from the likes of KL and Singapore.

Holidays in Europe are fantastic. However, it is important to have your passport clearly stamped with your exit date.
I last visited Thailand in December 2021. At the time travel was limited and you had to take a test before and on arrival. This time it was much more open. I arrived in Phuket, showed my Thailand pass and vaccination certificates, and collected my case – all within 45 minutes.
Confidence to travel again has certainly returned as Covid cases around the world continue to drop. Virtually every country (or at least those Chic Locations feature) has relaxed its entry protocols and whilst there are still a few in-destination regulations these are...
Absence Makes the Heart Grow Even Fonder. David Revisits Thailand – Yet Again.I was fortunate to have had the opportunity to revisit Thailand in early December. The last time was in autumn 2019. I have missed it madly and badly. I first visited Thailand in 1976 – yes...
Even though the passport office say they can cope with demand at the moment, I have still been told to expect at least 4 /6 weeks for a new passport to arrive. As travel demand increases the longer it will take unless you want to pay extra for fast track…
The UK Government, both the Home office and the Foreign and Commonwealth office, have now approved travel to the Maldives. This is fantastic news and comes at exactly the right time for winter escapism.
Many islands in the Caribbean have been placed on the Green Watch list. This means the islands will have their vaccination success monitored by the UK Government on a weekly basis…
Although the Sandbox scheme has improved week on week since its introduction in early July, and most of the southern resorts have a high vaccination rate and low cases, the UK Government has chosen to look at the entire country and made it all on the UK Red traffic light NO GO area.
It is highly probably the resort island of Phuket will re-open to international travellers from the first week of July 2021. We have a few ideas…
The present traffic like system for travel introduced by the UK Government was maybe well-intentioned but has probably lead to even more confusion. So this is an attempt to clarify, in deliberately simplistic terms.

Supplements will probably apply at other times, particularly mid-summer in the Med, and for rooms and/or transfers arranged for single travellers.
For example, the Caribbean and Indian Ocean prices for winter can be approximately double the May – June level and about 50% more in Asia.
Please refer to Travel Advice on our home page or look at www.fco.gov.uk as the Foreign Office may have issued specific destination information on safety and terrorism.
Due to the ongoing situation with COVID-19, some hotels may have changed their facilities. Standard descriptions like distance from airport or town remain consistent as does the overall resort style. However, the number of restaurants, swimming pools, if more than one, are by example flexible and can change depending on occupancy and circumstances. Spa facilities, in particular, may be changed depending on local and international suggestions.
If your holiday decision is based on any specific facility please let us know at the time of booking so we can ascertain availability from the hotel. Please note, such information may be accurate at the time given but could be subject to change. In these times it would be prudent to be open-minded and flexible on such matters.
The situation on destination entry seems to vary month to month, or in some cases week to week or even day-to-day. For updated information please refer to the UK Government travel advice https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. This will provide you with information on entry requirements including COVID-19 testing and any quarantine stipulations, especially on return to the UK. As you will know this information is constantly changing, frequently at short notice as evidenced by our own Government actions.
