Blue Waters Antigua was one of the front runners of luxury hotels in the Caribbean, dating back to the 1960s. Actually, David from Chic Locations first stayed here in the ’70s. Over the years it has had a change of ownership, numerous enhancements and additions but the original charm is still prevalent.
It enjoys a superb location at Soldiers Bay on the North East coast, 15 minutes drive from the capital St Johns and the international airport.

This is a rather nice combination of old-time Caribbean style and elegant comfort. Blue Waters Antigua has a real sense of destination, with attractive mature tropical gardens.
It is luxurious, no doubt, but without imported glitz and ostentatious attitudes. Clients are comfortable in their wealth but without the need to display it at every opportunity. It is particularly appealing to romantic couples and groups of friends and families.
The island capital St John’s is 15 minutes drive and it is worth visiting for its quaint charm, local boutique shops but try to avoid cruise passenger days. Antigua can be easily circumnavigated in a day, either by self-drive car or by hotel suggested taxi guide. The southwest corner of the island has good historic interest with English Harbour and Nelson’s Dockyard plus as you drive around you see Antigua is blessed in its selection of super beaches.
