It even has regular low key evening entertainment, unusual in the Maldives. Bicycles are available and are an ideal way to explore the rather tropical island with its numerous palm and coconut trees and sand pathways. It has a relaxed easy going style, and some of the widest smiles in the Maldives.

Although many clients will be attracted by the direct BA flight to Male, the option of travelling via Dubai on Emirates might be worth considering, maybe even stopping over for a few days. Both our featured hotels in Dubai are very family friendly. Another alternative, appealing to adults and older children in particular would be the combination with Sri Lanka, taking in a tour on the first week before continuing to the Maldives.
